25th: Central Valley Classic; The greatest POBCGMC show in the state! Setup at 7am at Madera County Courthouse Park. We will use this opportunity in front of several hundred Pontiac enthusiasts, to make our donation to Wish Upon A Star!

2nd-Club caravan to Railtown in Jamestown. We will be able to park in the grass in the shade and we will ride the steam train. Bring a picnic lunch. Curt Gunderson will be our guide.
2nd: Sierra View Elementary School Carnival and Car Show; At Sierra View Elementary School, 16436 Paula Rd, in Madera Ranchos (North of Ave 15 on 161/2 and east of Road 36). The fun goes from 4pm till 8pm! Games, Bounce House, Food, Silent Auction, Music and a 50/50 raffle. Registration fee is $25.00, pre-register by 4/25 and receive one free Tri-tip dinner. 3rd-4th: Club outing to Cayucos. Our annual trip to the coast to sponge off of Bill and Judy! Fun and games, dinner and Sunday breakfast at Bill and Judy's house. This is a 2 day event, so start planning your schedule! Hotel information: The Manager, Fidel, has blocked out 20 rooms for us at the rate of $70 plus tax per night. They ask that the club guarantee at least 10 rooms and will release any unreserved rooms 60 days prior to the event. 12th: Cruise to the restored 1934 Richfield Station in Coalinga. We will be meeting at the Denny's at Jensen and Hwy 99 at 9:00am and leaving at 9:30 sharp. We are expecting 8 to 10 cars from the Chevy Club and hope that some of the Pontiac Club members will join us. The more the merrier! We are planning to go down Hwy 41 to Hwy 198 to Coalinga and arrive at the Richfield Station somewhere around 11:00. They are supposed to have someone open up the station and museum for viewing, photos and use of the restrooms. We then plan to leave when everyone is ready and cruise over to Hanford for a stop for late lunch at Superior Dairy. So that's the plan. Any questions call me. 24th: Regional Convention Meeting; We have a meeting for the regional convention planned! The meeting will be at the Yosemite Falls Cafe (Ashlan & 99) on Thursday April 24 at 6:30 pm. We will meet in the same room as our regular meeting is held. We have lots to discuss, as well as introduce our new Ads & Sponsorships Chair Person; Ren Hallett! Ren has graciously taken on this job, and he is well prepared for it as it falls in line with his profession. Everyone is invited, and your presence will be greatly appreciated!!
26th: Central Valley Classic; We will not be holding our regular annual car show due to being the Host Club for the 2008 Western Regional Convention. Look for it's glorious return on Saturday April 25th, 2009.

2nd-3rd: Morro Bay Weekend: We'll have another great run to the coast, fun on the beach and BBQ dinner at the beautiful Truckell home in Cayucos. We will be departing Fresno at 11am on Friday the 2nd of May from our usual spot at 41 and Shields. A wonderful BBQ lunch will be available for $10.00, the hall will provide a “No-Host” bar, and if you drive your “classic”, you will get up-front parking.
