Saturday March 16th POCC members gathered at McDonald's on West Shaw to begin a great day of touring, eating and socializing. The tour took us to Glenn Rudolph's Auto Body Shops; yes, Shops as in plural. We started with his GIANT facility on West Shields where he has several paint booths and numerous LARGE warehouse style buildings to work on cars. The facility was built by Del Monte as a processing center. Soon as it was built, the company decided to move the operation to another facility on the coast. Glenn was able to purchase the property and convert it for his auto business.
The stop at McDonald's was just long enough to grab a small bite or something to drink, gab a bit and then start the run.
The facility is huge! There are more buildings behind these.
