The following events/schedule is tentative and subject to change. Check back often for updates and changes
Convention Flow:
Thursday:
Noon: Arrival and say Hi to friends!
4pm: "Ponchos around the Pond" Car Cruise; be sure to join us for a cruise around the lake! You will be treated to free BBQ hot dogs, sodas and chips. Free Event! Gather in the upper parking lot (show field).
Friday:
8am-5pm: Registration will be in the Boat House. Everything you order will be available there.
10am to 4:00pm; Wine & Cheese Boat Rides! $10.00 per adult, kids under 12 free. Wine & Cheese boat rides start at 10am with the last departures at 4pm. 2 boats will depart every 30 minutes. No refunds, be on time and take early rides when possible. If everyone shows up at 4pm, there will be a lot of disappointed souls.
Noon to 5pm: Photos of your car for the awards banquet;
6pm to 9pm: Hospitality on the Deck; Free hors d'oeuvres, free beer and free wine! What else could you ask for; 6pm to 8:30pm.
Saturday:
7am till 10:00am: Registration in the Boat House;
7:30am: Car Show parking and photos start.
9am: Presentation of colors
9:05am: Judges Meeting
9:30am: Protest Period
10am, Registration moves to the show field.
10am: Car Show judging begins
10am till 3pm: Raffle Ticket Sales; proceeds benefit Wish Upon A Star
10am till 4pm: Have your picture taken with Marilyn Monroe; Proceeds benefit Wish Upon A Star
Ongoing throughout the afternoon: Entertainment by The Fabulous Beach Band!
1pm; 2pm and 3pm: Seminars; Art Fitzpatrick; Jim Wangers; Rick Gonser: in this order.
2pm: Club display judging in the Boat House
2pm: Photo contest judging in the Boat House
4pm: Car Show Ends; you may now move your car from the show field if you wish
6pm to 10pm: Awards Banquet
Sunday:
7:30am till 9:30am: All you can eat breakfast buffet overlooking beautiful Bass Lake;
