Due to overwhelming demand, we have booked all rooms available at the Pines Resort!
As a result, we have secured a block of rooms at a secondary location. Scroll down to the bottom of his page for additional information.
The Pines Resort on Bass Lake, California has been selected as the site for the 2005 Western Regional Convention. Besides being a great convention center, this resort has much to offer us. To begin with, the location is superb! You will be nestled on the shore of one of California's most beautiful lakes, with sites such as Yosemite National Park, Oakhurst (with many antique shops) and the new Chuckchansi Indian Casino just a few miles away.
Besides the convention activities and car show to keep you busy, you can choose from boating, fishing, campfires in the evening, as well as sightseeing to Yosemite, or antiquing, or gaming at the new Chuckchansi Casino. There will be a lot to keep you busy, that's why we have negotiated the reduced hotel rates to extend a few days before, and after the convention; for you and your family to have fun!
As for accommodations, again the best:
Two room chalets with kitchens at just $90.00 per night for 2 people ($10.00 per person extra over 2)
Full Suites at just $119.00 per night for 2 people
Spa Suites at just $149.00 per night for 2 people
All room rates are "plus tax". Check in time is 4pm, check out at 11am
There is a lot to do; come a few days early, stay a few days longer!

Secondary Hotel Information: This hotel sits on Highway 41, but the rooms we blocked are in the back and up the hill away from the street. You will be nestled in pine trees in a very secure, quite and pretty area.

This hotel is located in Oakhurst, CA; about 8 miles from Bass Lake. (When you drive up Highway 41, you will pass through Oakhurst before getting to the lake.)
